Gerard-Dyson
Managing Director​
Gerard is a seasoned Managing Director and joined Spectur in 2019 after holding executive roles with global consulting and advisory firm, Worley Limited. Gerard has extensive international experience and a strong background in engineering and construction across the infrastructure, energy and resources sectors.
Peter Dickinson
Chief Technology Officer
Peter is a technology startup veteran who has operated at the intersection of remote sensing, Cloud services and machine learning for more than two decades. Peter is an engineer and product leader with global experience and a strong alignment to sales, customer success and commercial outcomes.
Ben Young
ANZ Sales and Marketing Manager
Ben brings more than a decade of sales and sales management experience across Australia, New Zealand and Europe where he has worked for companies that provide hardware, software and consulting services to a wide range of markets including mining, utilities, infrastructure and building & construction.
Anna Panagushina
Management Accountant
Anna has been with Spectur as a Management Accountant since August 2023. Holding CPA qualification and a PhD in Law, she brings nine years of accounting experience from Australia and overseas, along with fifteen years of international expertise in taxation, audit, corporate, and compliance matters to her role.
Anthony Schmidt
General Manager Process and Operations
Anthony, is an accomplished Managing Director with more than 10 years’ experience, excelling in strategic leadership and business scaling. His strengths lie in optimising operational efficiency, fostering innovation, and nurturing high-performance teams. Anthony's proficiency in steering strategic initiatives has led to successful scaling and commercialisation whilst prioritising elevated customer satisfaction and sustaining profitability. Notably, he has won several business awards, including a prestigious Innovator of the Year Award in 2017.

Darren Cooper
Non Executive Chairman
Darren Cooper has worked in the financial services and property industries for more than 20 years. He is chairman of labour hire firm The Go2 People and a private property development company. Darren was chief executive of private apartment developer Blackburne from 2014 to 2017, and chief operating officer at ASX-listed Peet from 2008 to March 2014. Prior to joining Peet, he spent 10 years with Mirvac Western Australia in a number of senior roles, including more than four years as development director. He was previously at Bankwest where he held various roles in land development, commercial banking, resource banking and project finance, before helping to establish the bank’s specialist property finance unit.
Gerard Dyson
Managing Director
Gerard is the Managing Director with more than 25 years experience across a range of local and global roles. Dr Dyson holds Honours and PhD qualifications in Engineering as well as a Bachelor of Commerce and Advanced Diploma in Business Management. He is also a GAICD.
Suzie Foreman
Company Secretary
Suzie Foreman is a chartered accountant with over 25 years spent working with a wide range of businesses from startup enterprises to ASX top 300 companies within the UK and Australia. She specialises in the provision of corporate governance, financial reporting and company secretarial advisory services to ASX-listed entities. She has acted as a non-executive director, chief financial officer and company secretary; and has been involved in the listing of over 12 exploration companies on the ASX and AIM markets with capital raising exceeding $65 million. Prior to becoming the principal & director of Athena Corporate in 2007, Mrs Foreman had spent 9 years with KPMG and a boutique accounting firm specialising in the provision of audit, advisory and corporate services.
Marco da Silva
Non Executive Director
With over 21 years of experience, Marco is the CEO of Grant Transformers and the Managing Director of Antipodes Power Solutions, specialising in power conditioning and renewables. He has recently joined Spectur as a Non-Executive Director. Marco's expertise lies in electrical engineering and manufacturing, and he is passionate about providing specialised solutions tailored to meet customers' precise needs. His academic background in Electronics and Business Management equips him to address both commercial and complex customer requirements.
